Job Description

Our client, a Retail Agency located Suburban Naperville , Illinois is in search of an Experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR). This person will consult with insured on a daily basis. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing external customer service to current clients & new prospects, processing policy changes, maintain knowledge of our products, answer any questions our clients may have.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have Active Illinois Property & Casualty Producer’s License
  • Must have Insurance Experience with an Independent Agency, MGA or MGU
  • 2-10 years of Current Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Commercial Technical Assistant
  • Service existing Commercial book of business
  • High level of customer interaction, creative marketing, preparing renewal proposals, certificates of insurance, endorsements, bonds, review MVR’s & invoicing
  • Strong knowledge of Illinois Insurance coverages
  • Proficient in Microsoft Systems, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Applied Management System like:  EPIC, TAM or AMS 360
  • Excellent communication skills and strong ability to relate to our insureds
