Underwriter – Non-Standard Auto

Chicago Area Insurance Carrier who specializes in Non-Standard Auto Insurance is in search of a Non-Standard Underwriter with Current/Recent Experience. What makes this position exciting is our client wants to train an Experienced Non-Standard Underwriter to lead an Underwriting Team. This department is small, but is growing very quickly. Looking for the person with the skill to take charge & manage their own department.

ROBUST BENEFITS PACKAGE

• 5+ years of Underwriting in a Personal Lines Non-Standard Auto Environment a Must!
• Able to review Personal Auto Risks submitted from brokers & assign workload in department
• Ensure brokers are following insurance company guidelines
• Review rates, loss data & interpret data
• Familiar with Automated Insurance processes
• Audit / review brokers to ensure carrier compliance
• As needed, able to provide training direction & education to producers
